How do I list my business?
Sign up as a vendor, verify your email, then submit a listing from your dashboard. Listings go live after admin review, which typically takes between 24 and 48 working hours.
What are the listing tiers?
  • Standard. Free. 1 category. Name and location shown publicly, no profile page.
  • Listed. TTD 1,200 per year. Up to 3 categories. Full public profile page with a gallery of up to 8 photos, description, socials, and direct phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Featured. TTD 2,400 per year. Everything in Listed, a larger gallery of up to 15 photos, plus rotating placement in the Featured Vendors spread on the homepage.
How do I pay?
Payment is via electronic bank transfer or direct deposit and is completed in 2 simple steps:
  1. Make your bank transfer or deposit using the banking and payment details provided at checkout.
  2. Email your business name and proof of payment to [email protected] so our team can verify and process your listing.

We verify and activate your listing within 1 to 2 business days.

What if my payment isn't approved?
You'll get an email with the reason. Most often it's a missing or unclear proof of payment. Just re-send your business name and a clear copy of your transfer or deposit receipt to [email protected]and we'll take it from there.
How long does a paid listing last?
One year from the date it is activated. Renewing adds another year from the current expiry.
Can I upgrade from Standard to Listed or Featured later?
Yes. From your dashboard, choose the upgrade option on your listing.
What happens if I edit an approved listing?
Your edits won’t show instantly. Edits go back to PENDING for a quick re-review before the changes appear publicly.
How do I manage my listing?
All TW Vendor Marketplace listings are 100% self-service. Once your account is created, you can log in at any time to update your business information, edit your description, upload new images, revise contact details, add services, or make other changes to your listing as needed. This gives vendors the flexibility to keep their profiles current and aligned with their brand and offerings.
How many photos can I upload?
Both paid tiers include a portfolio gallery: Listed allows up to 8 photos and Featured allows up to 15. JPEG, PNG, or WebP, up to 4 MB per image.
Can I list more than one business?
One listing per vendor account by default. Email [email protected]if you run multiple businesses and we'll set it up.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. The annual fee is the only charge. Couples contact you directly and bookings happen between you and the client.
What categories can I list under?
Standard listings can be in 1 category. Listed and Featured can be in up to 3. The full set of categories is on the marketplace page.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
Vendors may cancel their listing subscription at any time; however, all payments made to the TW Vendor Marketplace are non-refundable.
How do I delete my listing?
From your dashboard, or email [email protected].
