Trinidad Weddings runs the TW Vendor Marketplace to help engaged couples find the photographers, venues, caterers, and other professionals who bring a wedding together. Before you lean on anything you read here, a few honest words about what we are and what we’re not.

What we are (and aren't)

We’re a directory, plain and simple. We give vendors a place to show their work and give couples a place to find them. We aren’t a wedding planner, an agent, or a vendor ourselves, and we don’t provide any of the services you’ll see listed. We just make the introduction.

About the listings

The details on each listing, including the descriptions, prices, photos, contact information, and social links, come from the vendors themselves. We give submissions a look over for completeness before they go live, but we don’t fact-check every claim, and prices and availability can change without anyone telling us. Treat a listing as a starting point, not gospel.

No endorsement, no guarantees

A spot on the Marketplace isn’t a stamp of approval. We can’t and don’t guarantee any vendor’s quality, availability, conduct, or that they’ll deliver what they promise. Do your homework before you book: look at portfolios, read the contract, check references and reviews, and talk to people. It’s your day, and it’s worth the diligence.

Bookings are between you and the vendor

Any deal you strike, including the booking, the payment, and the fine print, is strictly between you and the vendor. We’re not part of that arrangement, and we can’t be held responsible for how it goes, whether that’s a no-show, a cancellation, a refund, or a dispute. The fee a vendor pays us to be listed is a separate thing entirely from whatever you agree to pay them.

Links to other sites

We link out to vendors’ own websites and social profiles. Once you leave our site you’re in their hands; we don’t control those pages and aren’t responsible for what’s on them.

Not professional advice

Anything general we publish is here to help, not to serve as legal, financial, or other professional advice. When it really matters, get advice from someone qualified.

Where we stand legally

To the extent the law allows, Trinidad Weddings isn’t liable for any loss that comes out of using the Marketplace or dealing with a listed vendor. The site is offered as it is and as available. This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago.
