CaterersSaffron & Spice Catering brings together the finest flavours of Trinidad, India, and the Caribbean for weddings that celebrate the diversity of the islands. Founded by executive chef Rajendra Persad and events director Michelle Chow, our company has been the caterer of choice for over two hundred multicultural weddings, from intimate backyard celebrations to five-hundred-guest ballroom receptions.
Our menus are built around your heritage and your vision. We offer full Indo-Caribbean wedding feasts — from traditional roti and curry stations to elaborate thali presentations and live chaat counters — alongside Creole classics like pelau, callaloo, and pepper pot. Our fusion options blend the best of both worlds: jerk-spiced lamb chops with mango chutney, coconut-infused dal, and our signature doubles-inspired canapés that have become a must-have at Trinidad's most talked-about weddings.
Every event is supported by our full-service team: bartenders, wait staff, chefs for live stations, and a dedicated event captain who coordinates with your venue and other vendors from setup through breakdown. We provide china, glassware, and flatware rentals, and work with preferred rental companies for tenting and furniture when required.
